RETURN POLICY-
You may return unopened, new items within (30) calendar days of delivery for a refund or house credit. All returnable items must be received back to Timeless Tattoo Supply within 30 days of original delivery date.
SHIPPING POLICY-
Most orders will be shipped within 2 days of placing an order. A longer wait time can be expected when purchasing handmade custom parts.
Depending on the weight of the package, carrier services may vary from USPS, Fedex and UPS.
International Shipping fee's range from $35.00 and up depending on weight of package.
Ink Warning- Timeless Tattoo Supply is not responsible for inks freezing in the mail. If you live in an area that has expected freezing weather please choose next day air shipping to prevent damage to the ink.
